John Voige spent four decades in banking, working in mortgages, home equity lending and real estate transactions. He read the files. He saw which properties held their value, which ones cost their owners for years afterwards, and how often the difference came down to something that could have been caught before closing.

He retired to Naples in 2018. A friend from church, a realtor who also ran an inspection company, suggested he get licensed. John completed his InterNACHI training during the covid lockdown and has been inspecting ever since.
